Without education you can’t get a good job, can't find interesting friends, can't understand world's secrets. As for me, to be untaught is like to be imprisoned; your possibilities are restricted and you miss good chances to improve your life. Knowledge is like a wise friend, who can give you a helping hand.
2. Like teacher, like pupil. I think this proverb tells about the impact teachers have on our lives. To teach means more than to lecture or explain before a group of students. Great teachers are role models for their students, they inspire and encourage students to work harder, to fulfil their true potential. A devoted teacher is someone we admire and someone we aspire to be like. After all, the teachers show us the way and give us lessons on life.
3. A little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
This proverb says that a small amount of knowledge can lead to overconfidence, leaping to invalid conclusions based on what you know without taking into account the things that you don't know. It's contrasted with a large amount of knowledge, which would presumably lead one to be more cautious or to at least draw better conclusions. For example, one of the greatest philosophers Socrates said modestly, "The only true wisdom is in knowing you know nothing".
The more you know, the more you need to know.
