1). To work the history the organization of local management in the territories making today the Tayshetsky region of the Irkutsk region is traced. Historically these lands are the westernmost tip of the Pribaykalsky region. Before arrival here Russians the control system were put by local indigenous people – Tungus and Kets. Further, features of administration changed, proceeding from a historical situation. Taishet became the area center only in the mid-twenties the last century. 3 centuries governing bodies of the territory concentrated before in other places and even in other region.
