In the European tradition, casual is the dress code that means comfort and personal expression. Blue jeans and a T-shirt have been described as the "casual uniform". With the popularity of spectator sports in the late 20th century, a good deal of athletic gear has influenced casual wear. We wear jeans and sweaters, because they arc cheap and practical.
Usually women wear a skirt and a blouse or a dress. If it is cold, they wear a coat. A pair of gloves and a hat are necessary. They also wear stockings and shoes.
Men usually wear wear a shirt and trousers, a coat or a jacket, socks and shoes. If it is cold, they put on a coat, a cap or a hat and a pair of gloves.
If it rains, men and women wear a raincoat. In autumn when it is raining hard an umbrella is necessary.
As for me, I prefer sports clothes. They are jeans, shorts, T-shirts, vests and sweaters. My favourite suits are black, red or stripe cotton, blue or pink woolen and green velvet. Also I prefer a heel. Maybe it will be high-heel.
