1.The prohibition "do not feed the animals" reflects a policy forbidding the artificial feeding of wildlife (wild or feral animals) in situations where the animals, or the people doing the feeding, might be harmed.
2.Feeding the animals food which they should not have, can make it difficult for zoo keepers to track if an animal is eating enough food, or make it hard to keep an animal healthy if they are already unwell.
3. Farmers do not use soya from recently converted forest or grassland, and use more grass and silage to feed the animals.
