Hardly можно вынести на первое место, но тогда в предложении будет инверсия, то есть поменяется
порядок слов, он будет как в вопросительном предложении, хотя это не вопрос. Hardly had they entered
the house when the storm broke out.
3) She turned away, but not until he had seen the tears glitter in her eyes.
4) I have decided not to go to the exhibition. I'll go ( or I am going ) to the libriry today. I haven't changed the books for 3 months already.
5) How long have you felt like this? / How long have you been feeling like this. Сейчас допускается использование этого глагола во временах группы Continuous
6) I have eaten almost nothing since I came here./ Not once have I had a proper meal since I came here. (Инверсия)
7) He won't come. I've just talked to him on the phone. ( или I've just been talking to him on the phone)
8) Phill carried his suitcase to the carriage and smoked on the platform.
9) They have never danced together.
10) It has been raining since the very morning, and I think it won't stop rainining till the evening.

У Елены Хлопенко всё правильно написано. У Пчёлки тоже вариант хороший, НО ПОЧЕМУ в 19 предложении HAS у Пчёлки не понятно. Конечно, там должно быть have!
Ну, а вариант Виктории не принимайте во внимание. Её перевод - дело "рук" on-line переводчика, это ОЧЕВИДНО по бесчисленному множеству грамматических ошибок!
