I would suggest you have the product replaced as it seems to be faulty.
In order to receive your replacement headset please follow the instructions below:
Please send your headset ONLY to our Returns Department at the address below. Before sending we kindly ask you to note the following:
a. Enclose your full name and address for shipment information
b. Specify a contact telephone number (preferably a mobile phone number) that our couriers can contact you on should they need to.
c. Enclose a copy of this e-mail (your fault description)
d. Enclose a copy of your receipt if you can
e. Describe which JABRA product you have in BOLD letters, i.e. BT100, BT200, BT200 for non-Bluetooth NOK, etc.
