ok so it seems like the application SysScope scans the phone and is what makes the device show as modified under Settings>About device>status> system status. it might also be the reason why the flash counter goes back up after using triangle away and rebooting. so i decompiled secsettings apk. and sysscope if the one that scans the device to see if it is modified. i also decompiled sysscope.apk and in one of the smali files it shows it scans for this: i dont know how to edit this stuff but maybe some one out there that know how to edit apps and can make this app to not show the system as modified. because of this i am unable to use my samsung allshare dongle with my galaxy s3 (с)

А вот за это ОГРОМНОЕ спасибо!! Теперь, по крайней мере, многое встало на свои места. Какая-то зараза все-таки влезла в мой телефон. А вернее даже не какая-то, а какой-то. И я подозреваю что знаю кто именно...
