I live in Moscow. Moscow is the capital of Russia.The city is situated on low hills on the banrs of the Moscva River.The city was founded by Prince Yuri Dolgoruky and was first mentioned in the chronicles in 1147. It is very big and beautiful town. There are many parks and houses in it. I like go to the Moscow Zoo. There are many animals in it. They are : lions and tigers, monkeys and elephants, crocodiles and bears and But I like to go to the museums, too. It is very interesting, too.
The Kremlin is the heart of Moscow.In 1367 Prince Dmitry Donsroy built a white-stone wall around the Kremlin.In the 15th century,by order of Tsar Ivan 111 the Kremlin was surrounded by a new red-brick wall.
The first famous Moscow gallery is Tretyakovskaya gallery. It was found by Russian businessmen Paul Tretyakov. H There is Bolshoy Theatre in Moscow. Many operas and ballets were performed on the stage of the Bolshoy Theatre. It was built by well-known architector Bove in 1776 year. There are many other theatres in Moscow: Mossoviet, Doll's Theatre, Children Music Theatre. Moscow has important monument to Youry Dolgoruky, Red Square, Conservatorium Palace named after Peter Chaikovsky. We have some parks: Gorkov's Park, Izmailovsky Park, Park "Socolniky" and landscape gardens: "Losiny Ostrov", "Kyzminky". We like our stadiums: "Louzniky", "Olimpiysky", where sportsmen usually take part in the competitions. I like my city and I do want you will like it too.
