там выражение "но с другой стороны" по правилам написания эссе-рассуждения, должно быть "on the other hand" ) не палитесь так явно))

Was the dress-code introduced, students would put off from studying much less. On the other hand, many of them would be all against it and consider it wrong.
But once the students are obligated to wear the dress-code, so should the educators - to make things fair. Educators just as well may put their students off the studying. It would be no use if the obligation only covered the students.
