Переводчики (Яндекс, Гугл и многие другие) не знают элементарной грамматики. Как, в прочем, и некоторые шибко "умные"люди.
Елизавета, здесь Вам вряд ли помогут, лучше перенаправьте свой вопрос в другой, действительно соответствующий Вашей проблеме, раздел.
Текст у Вас несложный, сам по себе, но англоговорящие люди изъясняются несколько иначе, проще для нашего языка. Так что для начала хорошо бы на русском языке грамотно написать, не только в плане самой речи, но и грамматики.

My future profession operational logistician. This profession new, appeared quite recently. On a labor market it isn't enough logisticians therefore the profession is demanded. I consider that my future profession isn't very popular yet among the population. Many people simply don't know, who such logistician. The logistician is the certified expert who ended specialized courses and has received all necessary theoretical knowledge of movement of material streams. The logistician works in different spheres of activity, trade, customs, medicine, etc. In the future I will be, to operate a chain of deliveries (its creation and further optimization), the organization of delivery and storage of inventory items. The logistician has to possess the following qualities: education; organizing abilities; analytical skills to analyze the actions; skills of interpersonal communication to improve good relations between clients and partners in business; attention to details; communicative skills to understand specifics of the requirements, each client and to select decisions; leadership skills completely to direct activity of those who is at it in submission; skills of permission of conflict situations; skills of work with the computer; self-motivation to show an initiative and to be aimed at result. Now I study at the first year, it learns in me to be pleasant. I think and work will be pleasant to me too.
