Bluetooth - это не софт, скачивать ничего не нужно. Нужно купить в магазине bluetooth адаптер и установить его.

нужно зайти в магазин (только не в гастроном!), дать чуть-чуть денежки, взять блютуз, прийти домой и воткнуть его в USB порт, укстановить драйвера и пользоваться!
