IN ADDITION TO THAT, there is no strict legislative base IN THE COUNTRY.

Scientists in Russia HAD NOT YET ARRIVED to ANY certain conclusions about THE FEASIBILITY of cultivation of GM plants AS WELL.
In my opinion, it is necessary to study this problem (ИЛИ In my opinion, this issue requires a further detailed inquiry.)
It is very important for Russia NOT TO lag behind THE FOREIGN SPECIALISTS in this area of (а убрала) science.
It is ALSO necessary to provide A corresponding legislative base and to carry out the rigid control OVER THE GMOs PRODUCTION ONCE ITS IMPLEMENTED IN RUSSIA.
ONCE THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED ABOVE ARE OBSERVED, THE CULTIVATION OF GM CROPS, SUCH AS RICE, CORN, ETC, IN RUSSIA IS LIKELY TO BECOME POSSIBLE.

In the countries scientific laboratories, institutes are being worked on this problem. They have developed techniques of the analysis of vegetative and food production.
There is an extensive tool basis and qualified experts under the control of GMO maintenance over production
In these countries, corresponding marks on food stuff containing GMО are obligatory.
And there is also a strict legislative basis.
However, there is no common opinion about harm or safety of GMO in these countries
In Russia researches in the area of cultivation GMО plants are insufficiently conducted.
It is caused by shortage of devices, experts, and financial conditions.
And there is also no strict legislative basis.
Therefore, an opportunity of cultivation GMО plants in Russia causes a great concern with the public.
Scientists in Russia do not also come to certain conclusions about an opportunity and expediency of cultivation of genetically modified plants.
In my opinion, it is necessary to study this problem.
It is very important for Russia not to lag behind from foreign scientists in this scientific area.
And it is also necessary to provide a corresponding legislative basis and carry out the rigid control.
It is reasonable to grow up genetically modified grain crops (rice, corn) in Russia under the observance of the above named conditions.
